Japanese “City Pop” is becoming popular among foreign listeners these days, even Dam Funk used Kadomatsu’s song in his mix.
He formed a band called “AGHARTA” in the year of 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, composed a song “WA ni-natte Odorou(Make a circle and dance)” and played the song at the closing ceremony. It was very peaceful mood that players and audiences from all the countries enjoyed dancing and smiling each other.
